Frequently asked questions

Is the care line free?
From the operator's own SIM yes (the short code is free). From a different operator's SIM it's a regular voice call billed at the standard cross-network rate.
Is there a WhatsApp or in-app channel?
Yes — Yas / Mixx by Yas runs a customer-service flow inside the Mixx Super App; Vodacom has the My Vodacom app + WhatsApp business number; Airtel publishes an app + WhatsApp line. For formal disputes use the written channel — it generates a paper trail you can escalate.
