App or USSD?
In urban zones (Windhoek, Walvis Bay, Swakopmund), the app is generally faster and clearer — charts, search in history, QR scan. In rural zones (Kavango, Caprivi, deep south), data coverage can drop while USSD still goes through over 2G GSM; keep your USSD muscle memory as fallback.
For ATM eWallet withdrawal, no app is needed on the recipient side — the draw runs directly with cellphone number + PIN.
