Cameroon's 0.2% mobile-money tax (TTA, since January 2022) is set out to EXCLUDE bank transfers and deposits into wallets, so wallet↔bank movements should not attract it. In practice whether a specific flow counts as an exempt "virement" or a taxable "transfer" can be ambiguous — confirm with your operator.
Worked example: Sending 100,000 FCFA from MTN MoMo to a UBA account via Push and Pull costs about 1,000 FCFA (1%, capped). Pulling 100,000 FCFA from a UBA account back into a MoMo or Orange wallet costs about 1,000 FCFA too.
