Etisalat / e& Cash is the mobile wallet from e& Egypt (formerly Etisalat), regulated by the Central Bank of Egypt. It supports transfers, payments, bill settlement and top-ups, with cash-in and cash-out through e& outlets, Fawry and ATMs, within standard wallet limits similar to other Egyptian wallets.
Per e& Egypt's published tariff, Etisalat Cash fees follow the unified wallet model: EGP 1 to transfer to an e& wallet, 0.5% (capped at EGP 15) to another wallet, with the first transfer each month up to EGP 2,000 free. ATM cash-out costs 1% of the amount with a minimum of EGP 1.
